**I do too but while I enjoyed the show on Tuesday, I for some reason am feeling kinda disappointed, like they could have done a little better. Maybe the last season seemed so full of action, I hope this season keeps moving along as well and they diont end up getting too soap-operais. No I didnt notice the person wearing the rosary.
 
I was kind of dissapointed too… I think it just took me awhile to get back into the show after such a long break. I also think I missed the first 10 mins and missed a LOT…

They were short on budget (and only had 7 episodes). Maybe the writer’s strike was looming in the back of their minds when writing the episodes, too. Also, the person wearing the Rosary I think is Bailey, of Bailey’s Tavern. Look at 20:55 in the video (CBS’s site, under the Videos tab for the show. There’s an Episode 1 video). You get a good view of it. (From about 20:30 to 21:00). There’s another shot later when she comes into a house after emily (?) was baking).

CBS has the Episode 1 video up. There’s some stuff in the first 10 minutes that explains things.

Did anyone else catch the nod to the fans? In the hospital two deputies were eating peanuts 😃

Yeah definitely the episodes are different, but that is because only 7 episodes were ordered, they wanted to do them in a way that tied up all the loose ends from season 1 in case they get canceled again. Rest assured though they have enough story lines to do a season 3 and beyond if they are picked up again.👍

I thought the first two new episodes were a little flimsy like they were trying to re-find their legs. I was really worried on the second one because it seemed they were going for a Evil-Christian-Right-wingers conspiracy thing. (I blogged it here) Tuesday’s episode was the old Jericho I love.
 
Definitely! I know what you mean, I was starting to get worried, like they were trying to cram as much as possible into the episodes and lost their touch. I like your blog, great pics by the way. I had not seen an up close of the book 👍. I’m glad I decided to stick it out, worth the wait. One of the few smart shows on right now. Am I the only one that gets creeped out by the AS flag? :eek:
 
I just wanted to shoot everyone a recommendation.

Jericho is a show on CBS that is about multiple nuclear terrorist attacks on the US and the aftermath. It is somewhat family friendly (pretty good amount of firearm appearances and some violence but a lot of good moraled main characters), but for an adult who likes a good action/drama, to be honest this is the best I’ve seen.

I’ve watched 24, Lost, and all those other action/drama hit shows and to be honest I liked this one better. If you are into that type of show you’ll love Jericho.

Unfortunately tonight is not a season premiere but you can jump in halfway! This show is great and it needs viewers to keep it on the air. Try it out tonight and then watch the rest on the internet (for free at cbs.com) and I promise you’ll love it.

CBS at 10PM eastern! Be there!

Unfortunately, the one wearing the rosary is also the one who had the affair with the married man. He left his (pregnant) wife for this other woman. His wife ended up dying later on, so I suppose now he’s free and clear to go for the bar owner.

I love the show, too. DH and I are totally hooked on it. Just wanted to point out about the rosary-wearing adulteress. :tsktsk:
 
I noticed who she was on the last couple of shows myself. We are hooked on it too and I just wish there would be more than two more episodes left.

Yeah, that’s the main character flaw… I was thinking the same thing, too.

But, how do we know the character didn’t see a priest and confess? Remember the stream of refugees from the north? There were some clergy there (we saw one, but there could’ve been others).

OK, I’m all for giving her the benefit of the doubt. 🙂

To be fair, I have been seen with a rosary, and I’m a sinner, too.😊
