I did like how jeremy was standing up for Zach about the soccer team. He pointed out that he loves to see people under estimate Zach and then get beating by his skills.

You’re right - the trebuchet accident seems like a freak, one time thing, but I can see Micki’s point. It isn’t necessary, but it sure helps the farm bring in additional revenue.

Wasn’t it interesting that Matt was pushing Jeremy so hard in last week’s episode regarding college? I understand why, but Jeremy seems to struggle with his studies, and Matt was trying to push him into one of the nation’s top business schools.

Yeah, maybe not the best fit. I can still appreciate a father wanting the best for his son. And you never know, maybe he’d get there and do really well. I think it is more a matter of motivation for Jeremy

Ok…The Real Housewives of…(whatever city they are featuring) I know, I hate to admit it, but I just watch for the fashions. My dh loathes this show, and can’t believe that I like it…It just grows on you…lol

Ohhh…Most Haunted. My dh watches this. I just can’t watch that…too scary.

I have not yet seen Samantha Who? Looks really cute, but I always forget when it’s on. I like House too…forgot to mention that one.

My dh loves Mythbusters…oh, I almost forgot about Man vs Wild. That’s such an interesting show. I guess if I find myself without food, in the middle of a desert…it will come in handy to know how to behead a snake so I can have a decent dinner that night, as opposed to eating giant bugs while they are alive. .:whacky: lol
I always tell my dh…when will we ever need to know any of this?

My sister doesn’t like her either. She is just one of those ultra organized types…but she and her husband really have a good marriage, it seems. I don’t care for him, actually…he bugs me. Like just so flip all the time…non emotional. But the kids are such cuties…and I think I know what neighborhood they live in now…they are not far from where we lived in PA, it looks like…think they’re near Pittsburgh area.

I watched LPBW last night. Haven’t seen it for a while and on this episode, Matt was trying to plan a family vacation to the Virgin Islands but Amy had a conference in Wisconsin at the same time. Neither one would cancel their plans to accomodate the other. So, Matt went with two of the kids,his father and a guy friend. Amy went to her thing in Wisconsin and the other two kids, apparently not wanting to have a “family” vacation without mom, stayed home.
What’s going on with this family? Is the marriage on the rocks? I saw one or two shows last season and it seemed like Amy was ticked off at Matt for various reasons. Anyone know about this?

It does look like Matt and Amy are having “difficulties”. Last week, Matt bailed out, once again, on a family vacation. They went to a dude ranch in Utah, and he left after a few days; Amy and the kids are really disappointed when he does things like that. I can see Amy not wanting to cancel her event, but I think the other two kids should have gone on the trip with Matt. It looks to me like he is physically declining and maybe in a few years, they will wish that they had taken advantage of the time they could have spent with him, while he was still able to get around on his own. After what happened with “Jon and Kate” it would be a real shame if another pro-life, real family breaks up. Someone should suggest Marriage Encounter!!

Yes, this family definitely needs some serious prayer. It’s obvious to anyone watching in the past year that they are in serious trouble. So sad because they seemed to be such a happy family before and Matt and Amy seemed to be such a good team and so in love.

I missed the Utah vacation episode. Matt seems kind of hyper sometimes but maybe it’s because he feels like his time to be active is rapidly shrinking. They seems like a nice family and have done a lot to overcome their disabilities. I hope they (their marriage) makes it. Marriage encounter would certainly help!

My wife and I have noticed the same thing. Looks like their troubles (if any) began after they made their house bigger – It would be a shame if they ended up like the Gosselins.
