So Isreal is the bride of Christ, right? Or at least it was (see Hosea). But now the church is his bride. Jesus has two brides? Please explain.

I believe “Israel” is being used metaphorically here to represent “the people of God”, which, of course, is another way of saying “The Church”
 
The Church has been grafted into the Israelite family. So there is only one bride.
