Two-color print on books

I posted something similar on the LOTH thread but I thought it’s make some interesting answers.

Do any of you prefer to have your prayer books printed in red (rubrics) and black (texts) on your Missals, Liturgy of the Hours, devotionals, etc?

I noticed that it’s strangely appealing to me because two-color print seems to enhance the atmosphere of the prayer, especially my Liturgy of the Hours, which is why I like the Catholic Book Publishing editions. It feels, well, “Catholic”.

Do any of you feel similar to this? Or am I just a neurotic wack?

I don’t think you’re a neurotic wack. 😃

I like when Bibles have the words of Jesus in red type, but usually only the big “family” style Bibles have that, and not all of them.

I also posted on this in the other thread; I wish my LOTH had the red-type rubrics, but alas, the large-print version is all in black.
