I’m doing the Two Divine Promises devotion Two Divine Promises

My Question is this. Can one do a spirtual communion? Or must I receive communion phiscally?

It talks about receiving Communion worthily - one can’t make a spiritual communion unworthily, one can only physically receive unworthily. So yes, it means physical reception of Communion. So it’s not for you if you can’t make daily Mass or Communion Service.
