Two Parish Intentions

Update:

Thank you for all your prayers for my parish.

The very thick atmosphere continues there. The first problem continues festering. There is loads of anger from just about every side. The numbers continue declining. There is no peace there. It is painful.

2nd problem:
continues in the works. We have not heard from the diocese.

3rd problem:
continues getting worse and worse!!

The 4th problem:
that started Jan. 3, continues skyrocketing. I can see what the Pastor is trying to do and I do accept. It is going to be more work for me, but I am not the Pastor – and I am glad! The situation is not good at all. Please pray that the results the Pastor wants in this situation come to be.

This whole thing feels so bad. It seems that every time I turn around there is something wrong at that parish. Maybe it is even possible that the parish will close down. It is His Church and buildings do not constitute Church, but it is so sad to see and feel this. No. I sure don’t think I am being uncharitable. I love the parish.

Please continue praying for His Justice, healing, and peace. That His Angels remove all the stumbling boulders from the parish and that the parish may rise from the ashes.

Banish the wiles of the evil spirit from our life, from our house. Save us from disastrous heresies, gossips and sorcery.

Update of Feb. 23, 2014:

Thank you for all your prayers for my parish.

The first problem, with the anger, numbers declining, and all that continues.

2nd problem:
We have not heard from the diocese yet on this one.

3rd problem:
continues going downhill and there is nothing to do but just let it go and not be caught up in it.

The 4th problem:
The problem that started Jan. 3, continues skyrocketing. The situation is not good at all. People are complaining to me. This thing is not working, I doubt it will, and I think it will be a mess. However, please continue praying for the results the Pastor wants and not what I see coming.

This whole “thing” is so very bad. Maybe Our Lord is purifying the parish and having it go through the “purification furnace” like gold. Every time I turn around something is not going right there. It is extremely frustrating and I just want to leave that parish! I can really understand priests being transferred – I sure would not want to stay there for very long!

Please do continue praying for His Justice. It is not easy to take “His Justice”, but it is better now here on earth than eternally later. Pray also for my parish’s healing, and peace. There are many things wrong there, I pray His Angels remove all the stumbling boulders (whoever and whatever those may be) from the parish, and that the parish may rise from the ashes.
