Two sets of friends

My sil’s sister and her husband lost their 23-week old daughter in the womb, she was delivered this past weekend. A high school friend and his wife just lost their 24-week old son in the womb who was delivered yesterday. Please pray that God gives them comfort as they mourn their losses.
 
Lord, I pray for the repose of these two souls and for their families that they receive comfort and strength to endure their losses. Bless these families and strengthen them through the sacraments, their prayers, and the love and support of relatives and friends. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.
 
Our Father Who art in Heaven Hallowed be Thy Name
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven
give us this day our daily bread and Forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive thouse who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil

Praying for God to cover them with love during this trying time.
 
Lord God, ever caring and gentle, we commit to Your love these little ones, quickened to life for so short a time. Enfold them in eternal life. We pray for their parents who are saddened by the loss of their child. Give them courage and help them in their pain and grief. May they all meet one day in the joy and peace of Your kingdom. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

O God, whose beloved Son did take little children into his arms and bless them: Give us grace, we beseech thee, to entrust these children to thy never-failing care and love, and bring us all to thy heavenly kingdom; through the same thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen

Divine Mercy
Eternal God,
in whom mercy is endless
and the treasury of compassion
  • inexhaustible,
    look kindly upon us
    and increase Your mercy in us,
    that in difficult moments
    we might not despair
    nor become despondent,
    but with great confidence
    submit ourselves to Your holy will,
    which is Love and Mercy itself.
