I am hoping for some help.

I would like the typology for the seven sacraments.

I would like the Old Testament typology of the seven sacraments.

It would also help if you give the locations in the Old Testament.

I hope I’m not doing your homework for you…

Baptism is prefigured by circumcision (which was for the old covenant what baptism is for the new) (cf. Gen 17); the Flood (cf. 1 Peter 3:20-21) and the Israelites walking through the Red Sea (cf. 1 Cor 10:1-2).

The Eucharist (and the Passion and Sacrifice of Calvary) is prefigured by Abraham sacrificing his son (cf. Gen 22), the Passover (esp. the Lamb) (cf. Ex 12), the manna in the desert (bread from heaven) (cf. Ex 16), the Day of Atonement sacrifice (cf. Lev 16), the showbread of the temple (cf. 2 Chr 2:4); it is also prefigured by the command not to consume any blood (cf. Gen 9:4) which was preparation for the only blood they were to consume: that of the new covenant.

Perhaps some other helpful folks can cover some of the other sacraments.

Jesus gives the typology for the Eucharist in John 6:49-50
Peter gives typology for baptism in 1 Peter 3:20-21
Paul also gives typology for baptism in Colossians 2:11-12

Those are off the top of my head for now.
