The culture of perversion get sicker and sicker. This from LifeSiteNews.com:
U.S. Court Says It’s Okay for Men to Come to Work in a Dress and to Shower with Female Co-Workers

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, August 16, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Pennsylvania court has opened the door for men who believe they are women to come to work in a dress and to use the women’s restroom and shower facilities. The decision by the Commonwealth Court, which upheld a lower court ruling mandating that “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” be added to the Allentown (Pennsylvania) human relations ordinance, is being decried as an “outrage” by a traditional values group.

And before anyone blames the current Governor or previous Governors), judges in Pennsylvania are elected not selected. This is the voters who voted for this judge’s fault.

More and more, I think I am glad I escaped Pennyslvania.

It is no longer legal in Pennsylvania to keep bathrooms and showers one sex only based on physical sex characteristics. Just another reason to take back to courts and the country.

The link is a dud…or at least that is what my computer tells me:(

The new link works great…but after reading the article I thought I should of kept my mouth shut…this is just sick!

Now I wonder if this could go into the school systems. We homeschool so it won’t affect us. But, what about the amusement parks, pools and other places that are open to “all.” Scary and scarier.:bigyikes:

So its O.K for a lawyer to show up in court wearing a moo-moo?

Only if the lawyer is a man. LOL everyone else must dress with respect for the court.:rotfl:

Single-sex bathrooms are illegal in Pennsylvania??

Thought I’d heard everything, but it appears we’re just getting started.

So will ACLU now sue to ensure that all schools, businessess, and public facilities adhere to the no-discrimination policy?

I’ve always kind of liked having bathrooms with “men only” fixtures, but I’ve always envied the more luxurious facilities sometimes afforded women. I can go ahead and use the “stand up” when I’m OK, but if I don’t feel well, I can just go lounge around on the couch in the womens’ room. “Don’t mind me, ladies, I’m just here because I’m sick.”

They’re a little behind the times. I can’t find a link, but remember reading that Johns Hopkins no longer does sex reassignment surgeries because the head MD is convinced that it’s pandering to a mental illness. Wish I could remember where I saw that. He said that with enough money, people can find physicians somewhere to do anything to them, but that a reputable hospital shouldn’t be involved in it.

How do I tell the difference between a transgendered woman and a “regular” woman?

Do I just assume that any woman who looks like a man IS a man?

If I think that they are a man, should I protest them being in the female bathroom and demand that they prove they were born a woman…?

Exactly what are the guidelines here?

We could run into trouble here, the same way we could if we asked every fat woman when she’s due to deliver – people get offended if it ain’t so.
I suggest that the guidelines are to be charitable.
I don’t approve of my brother’s transexuality, but I was sad to hear he had to walk six blocks to a gas station to use the rest room instead of being allowed to use either the men’s or women’s at work. These people are confused and need our prayers.
Beyond a passing vague smile, I don’t tend to check out fellow bathroom users.

Look at the postive side. Some of these guys end up undergoing a surgical sex change. That is a drain on the medical system. They show up in enough ladies restrooms and they will get a sex change operation for free.

Next year when they finally institute the National ID Card, it will have to carry an endorsement if you claim to be a woman or man. If you are neither or both, then the endorsement will not apply. When using a public toilet you will be required to wear your ID badge in plain view. New buildings and remodeld buildings will need at least four segragated toilets. One will be for “men,” “women,” “other,” and “not certifiably determined.”

Wasn’t there a choir in Vienna whose members used that technique?

A sex change is a slap in the face of God, becuase it’s saying “I made you in My Likeness but YOU say I am wrong!” God made us male and female personally for a reason, to change that make that person their own ‘god’.

Now my biggest problem is that I take my grandchildren many places with me. They range in age from 20 months (no problem with her) to 9 years old this year (they want their privacy.) Yet with the situation as it stands today I can not in good conscience let them go into a public restroom alone.

I am not comfortable with the privacy that most restrooms offer. Where I work this is the case and the public also uses them. The doors have gaps, the wall is not to the floor and the dividers are only six feet high. There can me any number of “stalls” in most cases. No privacy for anyone.

I have no problem with the single stall bathrooms being used by anyone. There is no place to hide and you can lock the door while you use them. The doors are normal without gaps so privacy is maintained.

On a note in this same vein:
Not long ago, I worked in an office which required “business dress” on days when clients were coming to the office.
The “gay” women would come in in men’s dress pants, a man’s dress shirt (obvious due to button placement), a tie and wingtip shoes. All acceptable.
Some of us speculated how long it would be until “gay” men showed up in dresses, hose and heels. What’s good for the goose…etc.
Thank goodness I’m gone from there but the senerio is a logical extension of what was going on when I left.
This world we live in gets weirder and weirder. :whacky:
