Some of us speculated how long it would be until “gay” men showed up in dresses, hose and heels. What’s good for the goose…etc.
Who remembers Joe Namath in the L’eggs ads?

How could we accused of being non-manly wearing such dress when Joe can wear them?

We could run into trouble here, the same way we could if we asked every fat woman when she’s due to deliver – people get offended if it ain’t so.
I suggest that the guidelines are to be charitable.
I don’t approve of my brother’s transexuality, but I was sad to hear he had to walk six blocks to a gas station to use the rest room instead of being allowed to use either the men’s or women’s at work. These people are confused and need our prayers.
Beyond a passing vague smile, I don’t tend to check out fellow bathroom users.
That was precisely my point…There are no charitable guidelines. I don’t “check out” people in the women’s bathroom. It’s just wrong. You cannot assume that someone is transgendered by looking at them. For me, I am not going to live my life wondered if the person in the next stall is or isn’t like me.

I have actually been in the women’s bathroom when what I thought was a transgendered person came in. What if I had been wrong? No one was hurt…and quite honestly, it did not bother me.

Only if the lawyer is a man. LOL everyone else must dress with respect for the court.:rotfl:
Ooops, my mistake. I meant to ask if its O.K. for a male lawyer to show up in court wearing a moo-moo. I keep forgetting there a re female lawyers.
