Good article. Could we be looking at an American “brain drain?”

Not necessarily a brain drain, but a capital drain. Money flows where there are the least restrictions. The corporate tax rate in this country is uncompetitive and is a major factor in the ranking. It’s a shame that the leftists of this country blame coporations for seeking the lowest operational costs while simultaneously taxing them out of the country.
