Once again, I am appealing for reinforcements, this time in support of our very own dear Archbishop of Westminster [Cardinal elect].

Please go to the link below, read and contribute if you feel so inclined.

He says that ‘internet friendships deprived of a real person -to-person’ contact is conducive to transient relationships which are fragile, putting young people at risk. 'A young girl committed suicide due to pressure put on her from such an internet friendship.

Below typifies the responses: The Catholic Church should keep its nose out of our business, just like every other religious organisation. If I want their opininon, I’ll… I’ll never want their opinion…

Couldn’t find the article you described at that link?
Sorry you could not find it.

The good ole BBC is reknown for its support of all things atheist, and non-Christian.

It has its ‘have your say’ sections whereby Christianity gets a damned good kicking then suddenly the moderators [who select posts for publication] are unavailable to post pro-Christian responses or post the most extreme posts where former Christians rescind on their beliefs.

It amazes me anyone and everyone criticises Christianity and that is ok but you say one word against any other view point and they refuse to publish your [non- athiest] point of view.

It does seem however that if they get a sufficient weight of numbers, they will publish.

Any topic remotely connected to Christianity is attacked by athiests and agnostics. All critical views get published, but you try to get a pro-Christian response published.

The mods need be saturated by responses by Christians

In UK everything wrong with society is either the fault of Christians, the Catholic Church or God.

Everyone has a point of view except Christians in general and Catholics in particular. It really does annoy me that some contributors [who get their letters/.emails published] say that Christians /Catholics have ‘no right to comment’. So the whole free world can comment except for Christians. Some contributors actually say that Christians should not be allowed to vote, hold public office, have letters to the editor published or be allowed to hold a particular point of view. We in UK also have an Equal Opportnities Policy!! What a joke!!!

It is well known and documented that in the uk, the BBC [British Broadcasting Corporation] hates all things religious, but they will side with and tolerate non-Christian religions in their attack on Christianity.

Please do visit this site and please do contribute. Weight of numbers does produce a result.

If we don’t educate the ignoramous, who else will.

Surely this is also spreading the Gospel.

Blessings and peace.
