4.5 Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction No interaction studies have been performed. Concomitant administration of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 with other vaccines has not been studied (see section 5.1). Do not mix COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 with other vaccines/products in the same syringe.

4.6 Fertility, pregnancy and lactation Pregnancy There are no or limited amount of data from the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2. Animal reproductive toxicity studies have not been completed. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is not recommended during pregnancy. For women of childbearing age, pregnancy should be excluded before vaccination. In addition, women of childbearing age should be advised to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 months after their second dose.

Breast-feeding It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is excreted in human milk. A risk to the newborns/infants cannot be excluded. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 should not be used during breast-feeding. Fertility It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 has an impact on fertility.

6.2 Incompatibilities

In the absence of compatibility studies, this medicinal product must not be mixed with other medicinal products.
 
In other words, lack of data means that the vaccine shouldn’t be given in pregnancy situations. Since the bulk of candidates for vaccination will be over-50 this isn’t a crucial factor.

It will affect women who are candidates because they are employed in the health/care of vulnerable groups and younger women in those groups.
 
It’s a little scary that the animal studies weren’t completed.

“Not completed” implies that they didn’t have time to get the results back?
 
This actually opens up an interesting moment.

What happens when they roll this out and pressure HCP’s to take it?

Will pregnant or trying to get pregnant workers be pushed out of their jobs? Allowed to mask up?

I don’t know about the UK, but in the US, that would open up a whole can of worms re rights of pregnant workers…

Amd the rights of other worker who say “how come they can mask up?

I’m watching all this with great interest.

The great majority of them will be working with immunised people, remember.

Such workers pushed out of their jobs would bring uproar in the UK.
