As someone who struggles with scrupulosity, I often desire to go to Confession. This has been increasing recently as I am currently unsure if I am in a state of mortal sin. As a minor, however, I usually find myself unable to receive this Sacrament because my parents are unable to take me for one reason or another. Is there anything I can or should do about this?

Get help for your scrupulosity. Speak to a priest and maybe a counselor. Refrain from asking questions about the state of your soul online. It will only drive your scruples.

Your priest likely has email or will set up a phone appointment with you. (For advice, not confession).

Make an act of contrition and pray. Go to Confession at your next opportunity.

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee: and I detest my sins most sincerely because they displease Thee, my God, Who art so deserving of all my love for Thy infinite goodness and most amiable perfections: and I firmly purpose by Thy holy grace never more to offend Thee.
