I think it is important because it speaks to the overinflation of credentials and that is determental for all work environments. A legitimiate accreditor has an extensive process that receives approval from the federal government. Even the most funamental universities in this country know that this does not detract from doctrinal truth. Its an extensive process but well worth it. Christians should not be engaged in claiming something that was not earned. I agree that for the few legit UA schools they have a tough row to hoe to show they are legit. NationsU is an example of that.
Just so you will know, when I served as a Methodist minister they had NO problem with my education. Also if I wanted to transfer they would take all but 4 of my classes for Wesley Seminary. They investigated the seminary degree that I have and found it to be good. I EARNED EVERY CREDIT of my degree. How dare you insinuate otherwise that Christians should not be claiming something that was not earned.
I have also spoken at Notre Dame U and they had no problem either with my education. What is your problem other that having a bigoted opinion of an ACI school.

All you have is your statement. That is the problem with unaccredited degrees. Your school might have some rigor but who knows? I earned a Doctorate from Joe Blows Bible College and Hair Emporium. I earned EVERY credit. Shampooing required a 45 page mini-thesis with proper citation and 15 sources.
Should I take every fake schools word for it? ? Chances are not. You would not know because none of your degrees are real degrees…so how would you know if you earned it? All of your degrees are unaccredited. Its pretentious Bishop JB. Which of course makes me wonder about that organization. Where is its website as well? Bishop of what exactly?
So tell me again about this partnership. I want details please.
So tell me about Oxford Educational Network as well. Oxford does not know about it…thats odd don’t you think. It appears to be a website that has not been updated in two years, has no phone number or physical address and wants big bucks in order to keep the sham alive. It has no connection whatsoever with the real Oxford, does it?

On the Education thing you must also understand that within the Baptist church even though they may have a convention, each Baptist church is an individual body that is autonomous and can decide what it wants in a pastor. This includes what education they have and from where.
To be honest with you I think you are carrying this thing too far and your last comment to Padrej borders on personal attack. You don’t see anyone attacking your education. In my opinion you are acting like a spoiled kid that does not like to be proven wrong or wants things only his way so they throw a tantrum. This is what I have seen from your latest posts. Is this the side of Christianity you want to show? To attack another person because of the fact that you do not think their education is legit? Do you think God approves of this kind of bickering and acting carnal by saying “I am of this but you are not.” Paul speaks to this being carnal in 1 Cor. 3. To be frank you were bragging of being on the straight and narrow, but your posts are not being reflective of this. Granted this may not be your intentions but this is the fruit of what I see.

I stopped by this thread on a whim as you mentioned it on the one you were leading others off topic on and I am shocked at your behavior. I personally know of Padrej’s correspondence with the retired Cardinal Keeler or Baltimore, and his speaking at Notre Dame. To be frank I know where he stands and it is highly unfair to some after him this way. This is bordering now on a personal attack and it must stop as this violates forum rules.

I wanted to reply to this line of your from another thread.
Yes some independent Baptists do probably have pastors from ACI schools. Baptists tend to be quite lax.
What are you trying to say here? This also borders on a personal attack of another person’s religion. Why should you care? Is the Gospel being spread? Remember Gamaliel’s advise, “if it is of God it will prosper.” So why are you attacking Christians who are prospering?

Why should I give you the information you request? You have enough information and no matter what I say you will NEVER care to find out the truth, it will be the truth as you see it and try to destroy my credibility. That is where I see this thread going. Thank you but no thanks.

Bishop JB. You have asserted you graduated from Oxford. You did not.

Prospering? Another person’s religion has nothing to do with diploma mills. Nice try.

Of course you know about it Father JB.

I am attacking deceptive diploma mills. Which are illegal and immoral.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no about the way. Depends on the flavor of Baptist.
The education is not legit. It claims to be a partner with Oxford. It is not.
I understand that Rev JB and Father JB are defending Bishop JB. That actually occurs in every single thread if anyone wants to read the history. Par for the old course.

Who was the Faculty member with the unaccredited degree? I looked at all of them.
