Unaware Self-pleasuring

I suffer from scurpulosity, so I’m unsure whether this is sinful or not. I think when I was in my early teens I self-pleasured while being half asleep/ not fully aware. They weren’t even accomplanied by sexual thoughts/feelings. I think I just put my hands inside my pants while asleep because they would get cold and it just sort of happened. :(:o
But I have doubts about whether I was fully aware. I think its my scurpulous nature, but I doubt that. Should I be concerned? Also i’m a girl; I know boys have “wet-dreams” which they are not culpable for, but I’m not sure about females.

Just be honest with yourself and admit that you sinned. If you go to confession you will be forgiven.
 
If you were not awake you could not give full consent or have full knowledge, because of this it is impossible to commit a sin in a semi-conscious state.
 
Mortal sin requires full consent of the will, which sleep typically impairs, so I doubt you’re really guilty of any serious transgressions here. But if you have doubts, you should speak to a confessor.

If you were half-asleep than you did not have complete consent and so it would not have been a sin.
