Unbaptized people and the Lord's Name

I have two sons with my very evangelical ex wife. She didn’t baptize our kids because she wants them to choose a religion for themselves; even though she teaches them Protestantism. My youngest son told me he sees ghosts in his room at night. Well, I told him that next time he sees them, to say In the Name of Jesus, go away. My question is: Would an un baptized person be even able to effectively invoke the Holy Names?

This is a child asking Jesus to get rid of ghosts in his room.
Do you really think Jesus would refuse to help the child because his parents decided not to baptize him?

Please, insist that your children are baptized ASAP. This is the absolute highest duty you have towards your children as a father.
