Please pray for the repose of the soul of my husband’s uncle who took his own life today. Also, please keep his family who remains here: his wife, children, and young grandchildren (1 month and 2 years). Also for my mother in law who is really suffering with his suicide. Her father committed suicide when she was 20, and now her brother also. She is shaken and so very upset.

God of all mercies and compassion, hear our prayer.

I am so sorry that you and your family have had to experience this kind of tragedy. Praying for you and your family.
 
Mother Mary I pray you come to this family in their grief. And bring you Son. May your experience, Holy Mother, in the hideous death of your own Son bring some of the councilation they need. May we the living, remember those burdens are so heavy. Amen.

Dearest Lord,
The journey home to you is different for each child of yours. Some walk a walk of innocence and well being. Some have crosses to carry and depressions to face. Some decisions are made that make our destinations in the afterlife questionable. The sin of despair will be discussed between God and the departed. A believer who is covered by the Blood of the Lamb may have his sins covered by Jesus’ blood and the Father cannot see the sins. Jesus may be extending His mercy to the soul who has been hurting so very much. The deceased lasts words may have been " forgive me and have mercy on me." This is our hope.

Out of the depths, I call to you, Lord.
Lord hear my cry, May your ears be attentive
to my cry for mercy.If you Lord, mark our sins,
Who can stand? But with you is forgiveness.
And so you are revered.
I wait with longing for the Lord.
My soul waits for His word.
My soul looks for the Lord.
More than sentinels for daybreak
More than sentinels for daybreak.
Let Israel look for the Lord. (Let your Uncle look for the Lord)
For with the Lord is kindness.
and God will redeem Israel and your Uncle.
from all their sins.

All for the sake of His sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Oh God forgive us our sins and save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to heaven, especially those most need of His mercy.
