China has always been full of the blood of martyrs, something that they rarely will acknowledge and even much rarer that Western media reports about it, but then we are as well of course glad, in a way, that the Church has a lot of martyrs there willing to die for their Faith.
 
Chinese Catholics (with the possible exception of Iraqi Catholics) need our prayers more than anyone. Imagine if we could convert the whole country, like we did with Rome in the 4th century. The Catholic population of the world would double!!! :bigyikes:
 
It can´t be rare what you say, misJPII, they have a lot of faith, and this is very important

I’ve been meaning to ask, and this thread presents an opportunity - is there a reliable publication or website which monitors the plight of Christians generally and/or Catholics specifically in China and North Korea?

Wow. This is great!!! I had no idea that they were so organized. I pray for the persecuted Catholic Chinese often. There was a Chinese Catholic woman who posted on CA Forums a few weeks ago. She described a little bit of the persecution she experiences. It really shook me up. If I can find the thread, I’ll post the link here. I haven’t seen her post recently.

Wow! We are living through extraordinary times. Conversions everywhere. We have engaged the Culture of Death and they are on the retreat. May the Lord keep and protect our Chinese brothers and sisters.
