HB2115 pro-life (particularly requiring a medical condition, as opposed to hearsay, be given for one’s providing a late-term abortion to save a mother’s life that can be reviewed by an outside commission of some kind) bill. Hopefully, it would make the procedure rarely ever done, at least by the world’s standards for when abortion is necessary. Most of the Kansas House and Senate approve it and it’s going to The Governor.
