Urgent i need help!

Hi, i have a question. I suffer from ocd. I was praying in school. One of the teachers walked by and i began to think about them constantly while praying. Did i commit idolatry? Was i worshipping them? Also i had a confession. I forgot to tell the priest a sin. But i remembered it right when he gave me absolution. I didn’t mention it because it was over. Is that withholding a sin? (Btw i am very scrupolus and kinda paranoid.)

Get medical help for you OCD.

Try not to lust after your teacher. God did not make him/her for you.

Remember to tell your priest the sin you forgot next time you go to confession.

Yes, your confession was valid. If you forget, you are still forgiven even if he was saying the words of absolution. Be at peace.
 
Do you have a regular confessor who is aware of your condition? That, along with medical care for OCD, can go a long way in helping manage the doubt.
