URGENT I'm begging, Please pray I get an Attorney that is out for Justice so my family can see our Father

PLEASE READ. I apologize this is so long, but all please read. Please. Please. Please. I’m begging and pleading.

I wrote for prayers about this a year ago and it’s still going on and has been going on now for two years. A woman married my incapacitated Father for his money and won’t let any of us see him. She’s afraid we’ll take his money away. She does this to gain control of spouses assets and many Attorneys won’t listen to us. I’ve called, trust me on that. Plus, Daddy is the 5th person she has done this to.

And the courts awarded legal guardianship to a 3rd party and the 3rd party are listening to this woman because they receive money from Daddy’s estate every month. Plus, she lies and spreads rumors to the 3rd party so they won’t let us see him and if we do, we have to be SUPERVISED As if we are Criminals. They sit on a lot of money from my Daddy while I starve and can’t pay bills and the same goes for my other sister who is in a financial bind. But please don’t think it’s about money. I WANT my Daddy. Plain and simple no matter if I were living under a bridge. It has never been about money with me.

I called LEGAL AID and saw them last week. They turned me down. ADULT PROTECTIVE services are not helping. So please don’t suggest them. I reported them already. So many people even a Preacher has seen Daddy’s wife put my Daddy in the back of her car while she shops and won’t let him get out. She has the alarm on so if anyone gets near the car or if Daddy tries to get out, it will go off and alert her. He sits in the TEXAS heat so bad he could die in it! He’s 83 years old. The family knows she is bullying him. Why o Why can’t we get help in the town near us??

Please pray, please pray, I beg of you that God answers my prayers of granting justice. The only way to get justice is to go to Court so we can get visitation rights. Please pray that an Attorney or someone influential will listen to us. And it has to be PRO BONO. I’ve been turned down so many times I don’t know what to do contacting Attorneys.

I’ve lost my hair, stress is so bad it’s given me corrosion in my stomach, I have an ulcer, a spastic colon and esophagus reflux on top of my other illnesses I suffer with due to this.

Further and sorry to say I got so despondent over not seeing my Daddy one time, I wanted to end my life. You don’t know how it is to lose someone who loves the stuffing out of you even alive until they are being refused to see you. Daddy remembers us. He is not that incapacitated that he doesn’t know us. And the 3rd party is telling me that he said he didn’t want to see me without supervision. Oh yeah, then why did he do what he did at Dollar General when my Caregiver, a witness, and I saw this…

My caregiver and I saw Daddy at Dollar General. I told her to be cool when we pulled up and not do anything. I glanced over and saw movement in her car. (I hadn’t noticed it before) Then I saw my Daddy waving at me like a maniac sitting on the back seat. I looked around and didn’t see his wife so I ran over there. Through the window, Daddy yelled at me to give him a hug. I told him to open the door and when he did, the alarm went off but I still hugged him and kissed his cheek. Then HE yelled, “Shut the door! Shut the door”! His wife came out screaming for me to not touch and mess with her car. I never touched it! Then she called the Police and said I threw a BRICK at her car. I never saw a brick nor were there any to throw! Plus guess what, DG has a camera on the outside that took pictures of the truth happening. Yet, the 3rd party believed her.

Plus, There are 40% of this happening to Americans in the USA. I bet you have a story where someone in your family was taken advantage of like this. I’ve talked to many people whose family member was taken advantage of by someone, men and women out for money and didn’t love them. Even a Nun told me it happened in her family and the family were done wrong.

We don’t deserve this. My brothers and sisters are all so sorrowful and depressed over this. Yet, I’m the one who is going to have to fight it since I’m here. And Daddy and his wife lives here too. AND I’M SCARED. FRIGHTENED TO DEATH that no one will listen to the truth.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP PRAY FOR ME and for my family. I don’t know how much longer I can go like this without seeing my Daddy. I also lift my suffering to join Christ’s suffering when He died on the Cross. I need prayer and more. I really need an Attorney that will step up and not worry about money and see unjustice. He would get paid if we won the case. I know God is there and will not be mocked.

I am praying for you and you dad. Is there anyway you can hire a private investigator to document what is going on??

Praying for God to be in the midst of these circumstances with your dad and for truth to be revealed. Asking for His peace to keep your heart and mind!
 
I will say a prayer for you, OP – this sounds like a complicated situation.

Who is this third party that has been granted legal guardianship of your father if your stepmother is of sound mind to make decisions? Does he reside in some sort of assisted living environment?

When you say that your stepmother has a history of financially exploiting incapacitated men, do you have definitive proof of this? And if so, did you bring it before court and what did the judge say?

We obviously don’t know the details of the situation here, but it seems strange that this woman is allowed to prevent contact from your father’s own children (provided that there is no history of abuse from the children, or other decisive factors). I’m curious as to what the attorneys you’ve approached have said. Was your father of sound mind when he *entered *into the marriage (big difference)? I like the suggestion of hiring a private detective to record instances of neglect (such as leaving an elderly person in a hot car with the windows rolled up) – have you approached any to see if they would be willing to work out a payment plan of sorts? Could the members of your parish possibly offer any help?

What about the townfolk – if you say that many people have observed your father being mistreated, have you approached any of them to serve as witnesses, or provide affidavits?

I’m terribly sorry that you’re having to go through this.😦

Please keep praying. I went to Legal Aid and contacted many Attorneys. I’ve been turned down because of being disabled and having no money. I can’t pay a dime. Can’t even pay my bills and the landlord raised our rent here which made it worse. Every person has a story about my Daddy’s wife that lives here. If the 3rd party, Adult Protective Agency or even PD would have checked with the neighbors they would tell them and know for sure.

Plus, she took me to court saying I enticed children to damage her property. I never did such a thing. Her whole property is surrounded by an electric iron gate and a huge wooden one. Plus, my beloved Daddy lives with her in a trailer that has an electric gate and he can’t get out. No one can get in. I wouldn’t want anyone to damage her property anyway because of my beloved Daddy living there. Plus, I’m not like that. Anyway, while at Court, she told the Judge it was my Caregiver that damaged her property. (My caregiver went to court with me) I have documents from the Court that she accused me of enticing CHILDREN. Further, my Caregiver said she never laid eyes on that woman in her life! True. And the Judge threw the case out in 2 minutes. AND said if we had anymore trouble with that woman while walking out of the courthouse to let them know. Yet, he doesn’t oversee Family Law. I already asked for him to help me. Another thing, a Policeman I talked to told me he knew my Daddy’s wife for 20 years and had to deal with her for that long. Said she is something else. Yet, no one not even the Attorneys here will do anything. I heard if we want law in this town, we have to get it from a different town. And that was said from Professional people.

Please, please, please, keep praying. I hurt from my illnesses and hard to write but will do it for prayer and for my love of Jesus.

I can’t see my Daddy dying without his family seeing him. And wonder what kind of life Daddy is living with her and wonder what kind of rumors he is being told. He has dementia but not far advanced that he can’t remember all of us. He does. Plus, I have newspaper clippings of her family being in prison for Pedophelia and beastiality. One brother in Prison is there for raping kids was living with her and my Father. Got out and went back in for the same thing. AND we have to be supervised???

Plus, there are so many lies and rumors spread about me and my family that I don’t know what to do. By this woman. Ever heard of rumors and lies that are spread unchallenged becomes truth? It’s true. Please, help me. Please pray.

I need help. I need an Attorney. I want to also go on Oprah to tell this story to watch out for people like my Daddy’s wife. I’ve heard Many stories from other people who went through this and going through the same thing. Please continue to pray for us and them. Please. And Oh, thank you for your prayers already. Thank you so much. So very much.
