It’s very good news. It means that the baby is still there and did not get flushed out with the blood and part of the lining on the inside.
In my past miscarriages I have seen this once and the yolk sac was gone on the next ultrasound.
I hope and pray that the progesterone does something to prevent the loss of this little one. God gave me a wonderful doctor this time, but only God can say whether this child will live or die.
