Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen. †

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Amen. †

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle,
be our defense against the wickedness and snares
of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray.
And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the
power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other
evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen. †

St. Thérèse of Liseux Prayer From “Story of A Soul”

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

Amen. †

Lord, thank you that you are with me right now.
Your love surpasses all fear.
I give you the anxiety I feel.
I surrender all my worries to you.
Clear my mind;
Calm my heart;
Still my Spirit;
Relax my being, that, I may
always glorify you in everything
I write, speak and do.

Amen. †

Jesus, Help Me

In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,
Jesus, help me!

In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations,
Jesus, help me!

In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials,
Jesus, help me!

In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles and sorrows,
Jesus, help me!

When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts,
Jesus, help me!

When others fail me, and Thy grace alone can assist me,
Jesus, help me!

When I throw myself on Thy tender love as Father and Savior,
Jesus, help me!

When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me,
Jesus, help me!

When sickness and loneliness overcome me,
Jesus, help me!

Always, in weakness, falls and shortcomings of every kind,
Jesus, help me and never forsake me.

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.

Amen. †

Sweet Heart of Jesus, be my love.
Sweet Heart of my Jesus, grant that I may always love You more.
Heart of Jesus, burning with love for us, set our hearts on fire with love of You.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like Your Heart.

Amen. †

Prayers said. All will be well. Do not fear, the Lord is protecting you.
Do not be lonely, your guardian angel is beside you.
Be comforted, Mother will watch over you, and the
Holy Spirit will guide you.

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.

Amen. †

Thank you for your continued prayers.

Please remember this young addict as he prepares to enter rehab this weekend. Please pray that God uses this opportunity to heal him once and for all from the wounds that drove his addiction. Pray for his family, loved ones and friends who are struggling and in pain right. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will use this situation to bring healing, joy and God’s love to all involved.

And please say a prayer for all those suffering from addiction and the people that care about them. Let’s ask God to bring about healing and a cure for all drug addicts and bring healing and peace to their families.
Dear Venerable Alfred Pampalon, listen to my cry and come to my aid. Obtain for me the favors I desire. You are well known as the protector of people who are suffering in body, mind and spirit.

You show special compassion for alcoholics and drug addicts. You have freed so many people from their dependencies. Free this young man I beg you, dear Father Alfred, and free those people I recommend to you, especially members of my family.

I come to you with confidence. I pray for myself and for all those who are dear to me. Come also to the assistance of the Church and of the whole world. Amen.
God of mercy, we bless You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who ministered to all who come to Him. Give Your strength to this young man, bound by the chains of addiction. Enfold him in Your love and restore him to the freedom of God’s children.
Lord, look with compassion on all those who have lost their health and freedom. Restore to them the assurance of Your unfailing mercy, and strengthen them in the work of recovery. To those who care for them, grant patient understanding and a love that perseveres.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Saint Maximilian Maria Kolbe, your life of love and labor for souls was sacrificed amid the horrors of a concentration camp and hastened to its end by an injection of a deadly drug.
Look with compassion upon this young man who is now entrapped in addiction to drugs and whom we now recommend to your powerful intercession.
Having offered your own life to preserve that of a family man, we turn to you with trust, confident that you will understand and help.
Obtain for us the grace never to withhold our love and understanding, nor to fail in persevering prayer that the enslaving bonds of addiction may be broken and that full health and freedom may be restored to him / her whom we love.
We will never cease to be grateful to God who has helped us and heard your prayer for us. Amen.

"Lord, in your servant, Matt Talbot you have given us a wonderful example of triumph over addiction, of devotion to duty, and of lifelong reverence of the Holy Sacrament. May his life of prayer and penance give us courage to take up our crosses and follow in the footsteps of Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Father, if it be your will that your beloved servant should be glorified by your Church, make known by your heavenly favours the power he enjoys in your sight. We ask this through the same Jesus Christ Our Lord.
Amen.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a Fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You.

Lord, please send your Holy Spirit over this young addict today and his loved ones. Please cover them with your grace and provide them with the healing love only you can give them. Help this young addict heal and recover from his illness, claim him as your child and restore him to the person you created him to be. Please let him receive healing in his upcoming rehab program and walk with him every step of his journey.

Lord, this broken world cries out to you for mercy and justice. Please have mercy on all the drug addicted and their families. Offer them healing and hope. Protect us from those who work against them and provide justice for them by stopping those who sell drugs to others without concern for their lives, health or freedom. Lord, please act and stop the scourge of drug addiction that has broken so many families apart.

Oh Saint Maria Goretti who, strengthened by God’s grace, did not hesitate even at the age of twelve to shed your blood and sacrifice life itself to defend your virginal purity, look graciously on the unhappy human race which has strayed far from the path of eternal salvation. Teach us all, and especially youth, with what courage and promptitude we should flee for the love of Jesus anything that could offend Him or stain our souls with sin. Obtain for us from our Lord victory in temptation, comfort in the sorrows of life, and the grace which we earnestly beg of thee especially for this young addict’s healing and conversion, and may we one day enjoy with thee the imperishable glory of Heaven. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy Name;

now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

St. Maria Goretti, pray for us!

Please pray for this young addict who will be entering rehab this weekend. I’m asking for prayers that he doesn’t resist at the last minute, that God fills him with peace and casts out any doubts or fears and that God walks with him every step of his journey through the program. Please pray that God uses this rehab experience to heal him from all his wounds once and for all and breaks the chains of addiction for the rest of his life. Also that his family and loved ones may receive grace, comfort and hope from the Holy Spirit during this sad and frightening time.

Lord, please heal all the addicted in the world. Cover all of them with your Holy Spirit and reclaim them as your children. Don’t let evil prevail in this world but rescue your lost sheep as you have promised you would. Cover all addicted with your Holy Spirit and move in their lives to provide lasting healing and freedom from addiction. Bless all those who work in addiction and recovery from researchers to doctors, nurses, counselors and social workers. Look on your children with pity and provide them with the healing they need from this terrible scourge.
God of mercy, we bless you in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, who ministered to all who come to Him. Give your strength to this young addict, who is bound by the chains of addiction. Enfold him in your love and restore him to freedom through your grace.

Lord, look with compassion on all those who have lost their health and have broken relationships because of their attachment to the object of their addiction. Restore to them the assurance of your unfailing mercy, and strengthen them in the work of recovery. To those who care for them, grant patient understanding and a love that perseveres.

Lord, in your servant, Venerable Matt Talbot you have given us a wonderful example of triumph over addiction, of devotion to duty, and of lifelong reverence of the Holy Sacrament. Hey God. Look. You know who this is. You know what I’ve done. You know I’ve got no right to ask favors. But you also know that this is all I can give. This is the giveback for your gift to me. The favor you granted me. Your addicted son. Your death-seeking lost soul. You gave me strength to fight back. You gave me power in that. You gave me the symbol. You gave me my Trident. The weaponized version of the trinity. Let’s use that again. Let’s do battle for this soul too. I’ll take the pain that’s needed. Just give this soul that shot. That strength. That power to overcome. Let’s do this God. Please. Help this soul persevere. It would mean a lot to us.

Peace God.

Your son,

Trident

Obtain for us the grace never to withhold our love and understanding, nor to fail in persevering prayer that the enslaving bonds of addiction may be broken and that full health and freedom may be restored to him whom we love.
We will never cease to be grateful to God who has helped us and heard your prayer for us. Amen.

Lord, in your servant, Matt Talbot you have given us a wonderful example of triumph over addiction, of devotion to duty, and of lifelong reverence of the Holy Sacrament.

Clear my mind;
Calm my heart;
Still my Spirit;
Relax my being, that, I may
always glorify you in everything
I write, speak and do.

Amen. †

Jesus, Help Me

In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,
Jesus, help me!

In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations,
Jesus, help me!

In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials,
Jesus, help me!

In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles and sorrows,
Jesus, help me!

When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts,
Jesus, help me!

When others fail me, and Thy grace alone can assist me,
Jesus, help me!

When I throw myself on Thy tender love as Father and Savior,
Jesus, help me!

When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me,
Jesus, help me!

When sickness and loneliness overcome me,
Jesus, help me!

Always, in weakness, falls and shortcomings of every kind,
Jesus, help me and never forsake me.

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.

Amen. †

Sweet Heart of Jesus, be my love.
Sweet Heart of my Jesus, grant that I may always love You more.
Heart of Jesus, burning with love for us, set our hearts on fire with love of You.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like Your Heart.

Amen. †

Prayers said. All will be well. Do not fear, the Lord is protecting you.
Do not be lonely, your guardian angel is beside you.
Be comforted, Mother will watch over you, and the
Holy Spirit will guide you.

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.

Amen. †
