“To the only God our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord,
be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time,
and now, and for all eternity.
Amen.”
Jude 1:25
May His Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Amen! Amen!

PRAYER FOR THE SICK*
O God, your Son accepted our sufferings to teach us the virtue of patience in human illness. Hear the prayers we offer for our sick brothers and sisters. May all who suffer pain, illness or disease realize that they are chosen to be saints, and know that they are joined to Christ in his suffering for the salvation of the world, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

*Lord Jesus, we trust in You!

We take refuge under thy protection,
O holy Mother of God,
Despise not our prayers for fin’s mom
in her necessities,
but ever deliver her from all dangers,
O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen.*
(Adapted from the Sub Tuum prayer to Our Lady.)

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.Amen

Please keep praying for my mom. Her blood pressure still needs to go down, in order for her to leave semi ICU, and get home at the soonest time. The doctor is also said to be wondering why the b.p. won’t go down. Also it’s been around 6 days, so it should go down.

Please pray for her. Had I known Lent would be like this, I shouldn’t have said that I would try to trust God more. I’m feeling tired and worn out.

Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favour To please aid Fin’s Mother and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.

St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

My dad said that they should ask the doctor if there’s a way to change the setup. Being in semi ICU, the visiting hours are only for 2 hours. He thinks that’s why the bp is fluctuating because Mom is stressed from the boredom and loneliness (there’s no tv, no music there). If the visiting hours could be longer and things like tv, music, or other recreation is allowed, we think it could contribute much to her recovery. They said it’s the hospital’s rules. I could only imagine what it’s like. We’re hoping she can get out there soon,

We already had Masses offered in addition to much prayers.

Hi everyone,

It appears that her bp has gone down, thanks be to God. Right now the concern is her walking. Please continue praying that she can regain full use of her faculties, mental and physical.

We would like her to be discharged, however we have to know how far she could walk. We’re also hoping that the physical therapist would go regularly (daily). For example the therapist didn’t go yesterday, and was said to be not going also today. Because if she can’t walk well for now, we’re thinking how she can get home, whether by plane or boat; transportation concerns. Regarding visiting hours, there’s an option of transferring to a private hospital. However the cost is very expensive.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone. God bless you for your kindness and generosity. I continue to pray and remember you at daily Mass.

I’m praying for your mom’s continued healing, that her BP will continue to stabilize and that she will regain full movement. Also praying that continued care will be provided and that transportation issues will be resolved.
