Hi All,
Code:
To begin with, I keep everyone here in my daily prayers and devotions. I have a few of my own. Some are deeply personal, so will only briefly talk about it while others are for constant prayers (that I keep praying for).

I always pray for our Holy Father, Pope Francis and the Papal intentions. For my family, friends, and pet dog. Esp. for my grandmother, who is 94. My Aunts Helen and Emma and Uncles Frank and Herb. They are elderly and have health issues. My dog is going on 14 and has two lumps, she is also getting afraid of us and refusing to eat. I also believe that my parents' physician is taking advantage of them and being negligent in their care, as he was with mine. I pray that the truth may come out and he may be disciplined. For my mom and dad who have their own health issues and do not take good care of themselves. That my dad may stop being so irritable (de to his pain) and learn to take his medication (he refuses to and then gets irritable and cannot do work).

That I may do well in my endeavors, especially with my PhD. My supervisor was nasty w/ me in an e-mail earlier and said he was going to say I should not continue w/ the program and in another e-mail he said if we cannot communicate in a basic way such as e-mail he cannot continue supervising me. We are supposed to have monthly meetings for 1 hour every month, due to his slow computer he said he cannot do it and counted 61 e-mails from me. He rarely replies to my e-mails and dose not go into much detail. I pray he changes his mind and that the issues get resolved successfully and that he is not angry w/ me for going to the student representative or Dean (as he was upset w/ me earlier for it).

That I may get my own house, esp. one near my cousins and that the houses I was looking at may come back on the market.

That I may continue to integrate and to know my family and cousins and to spend more time with them.

That I may get back to physical therapy and work with Steven again, and that our relationship and friendship may resume and be like it was in 2012. That I can see him and his family outside of physical therapy. That my parents do not give me a hard time for going back.

That I can keep Drs. Frantz and Demangone. That my drug tests do not show anything unusual and that they do not show anything other than my usual pain meds.

That they may change prescribing laws and requirements for high-dose narcotics, and that they may find another suitable pain medication for me as to what was working.

That all of my other private intentions and the ones that I cannot remember or call to mind may be fulfilled.
God Bless,
I know that this is a lot, but God can come through!!

Dearest St. Jude, friend and apostle of Christ and expert in despairing cases, hear the needs of Parobek. In all her needs and desires may she only seek what is pleasing to God and what is best for her salvation and the salvation of the world. Saint Jude, please beg God for help with her requests…

Good St. Jude, on behalf of Parobek, I submit my prayers to you with great confidence in your intercession. I know that you will pray fervently at the feet of God that I may receive His greatest blessings. I know that our good and gracious Lord leaves no sincere prayer unanswered in some way. Help me to see His answers and praise Him even if they are not what I expect.

I pray for your intentions and for the courage needed to face the challenges you have in your life.

Praying for your intentions. Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength & fortitude in your time of need.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the intentions of your degree and being able to do good work in your life:

Joseph, by the work of your hands
and the sweat of your brow,
you supported Jesus and Mary,
and had the Son of God as your fellow worker.

Teach me to work as you did,
with patience and perseverance, for God and
for those whom God has given me to support.
Teach me to see in my fellow workers
the Christ who desires to be in them,
that I may always be charitable and forbearing
towards all.

Grant me to look upon work
with the eyes of faith,
so that I shall recognize in it
my share in God’s own creative activity
and in Christ’s work of our redemption,
and so take pride in it.

When it is pleasant and productive,
remind me to give thanks to God for it.
And when it is burdensome,
teach me to offer it to God,
in reparation for my sins
and the sins of the world.

Amen.
