All of your prayers are urgently needed. I am a senior and have severe osteoporosis and have broken my foot and cannot get to a doctor because my elevator in my apartment building has been broken down for 8 months. I cannot get out of my apartment for food, medical appointments etc as I cannot climb down 8 flights of stairs. I have contacted everyone I can in the government and no help. Please I am trapped in my apartment with severe injuries and can’t get out for treatment. Please pray that I can finally get the help to move out of this building and pray for my sanity which is usually intact but this is really upsetting me as I am a prisoner in this place and am in severe pain.

Praying for your health & recovery Patty. Praying for your needs to be met. Does your Parish offer a Home Care Service for someone to do shopping/cooking etc.?
 
I am praying for you to receive appropriate medical treatment.
 
If they can dig people out from under concrete slabs in Nepal, they can surely strap you to a gurney and get you down 8 floors, even if they have to tag team on the way down.

Please call the Canadian media and report your situation. They will make sure you are rescued I would think.

Please do contact your local parish or at least the diocese for help. Nobody should be in that situation. Meanwhile, praying for help and support, healing and peace.

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into pattycake58’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular pattycake58, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Merciful God please send Patty’s Angel to seek help in this predicament.
