Founded by Julia Ledochowska, whose biological sister founded the Missionary Sisters of St Peter Claver. The Grey Ursulines are engaged in education and healthcare, and one of only a few religious orders located in Finland. They are primarily in Europe and Africa, with one house in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

I wonder if they were related to Teresa Ledochowska, author of Angela Merici and the Company of St. Ursula, 2 vols, published by the Greg in 1967. It is a wonderful resource, and I was finally able to find and buy a copy of it in English, having gotten it on interlibrary loan several years ago.

She signs with the regular Ursuline post-nomials. Perhaps an email to them would be appropriate.

I already own this–this is the work I was referring to. This is a much better price, though, than I paid for it! Thank you. It is rare; I suspect BWB doesn’t know what they have. The author is no longer living, but was located at the Rome offices of the Ursulines of the Roman Union when she wrote the work.
