US Bishop Changes: Altoona-Johnstown & Indianapolis

This morning the Holy See announced the decision of Pope Benedict XVI to accept the retirement of Bishop Joseph Victor Adamec and to name Bishop-elect Mark L. Bartchak as Bishop of Altoona-Johnstown, Pennsylvania, USA.

He also named Bishop-elect Christopher J. Coyne as Auxiliary Bishop of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and titular bishop of Mopta.

Is anyone aware of how the new Altoona-Johnstown bishop leans politically? Liberal or conservative?
