Quite simple really.

If you’re wealthy you’re assured of great healthcare.

If you’re not, healthcare may not exist or if it exists, is spotty at best.

The good news is that we have wonderful medical advances that save and improve lives.

The bad news is that we can’t afford it.

The PBS program speaks for itself.
The folks in each of the countries abroad pay less, get more, and are very satisfied with their health care.
Fear mongers in this country try to talk about the inferior health care.
The only difference in what they have in England, Germany, France, and Japan is that they pay much less. The government sets a cap on how much they can charge for procedures.
