Hello,
I was wondering if anyone out there has good recommendations for used bookstores in NYC, particularly Manhattan, but the other boroughs would be interesting as well. I know about the Strand(8 miles of stacks!), and have been to a couple of smaller places.
In Boston, there used to be, until a few years ago, Matthew F. Sheehan’s, which was a great place to find many old Catholic books, it being mainly, though not exclusively, a Catholic shop. Any such place in NYC? Or any other similiar used Catholic bookstores in other cities? Thanks.
