Using Trickery to End Abortion?

It’s never acceptable to lie. St. Thomas Aquinas was very clear about this. Using trickery to end abortion isn’t moral - irregardless of the fact that abortion is a grave sin.

This is really nothing more than a sting operation.
I think we should do whatever we can to turn people against abortion.
We have to be careful when we say “trickery”. When we say this do we mean “Trickery” or “strategy”. We’re simply using strategy to end an unjust crime against humanity anyway.

For example,

Suppose we wanted to shut down the porn industry. We could use one of two arguments:
#1 Porn is wrong because it’s a sin against God.

or

#2 Porn is wrong because it exploits and victimizes women.

Personally, argument #1 would have been sufficient to convince me, but I guarantee you that the public would be more likely convinced by argument #2. So when I go out to argue my cause to ban porn, I would use argument #2 instead of argument #1 not because it’s more right, but because it would convince more people.

So if I’m trying to put Planned Parenthood out of business, I can use one of two arguments:

#1 Planned Parenthood is bad because they perform abortions, which are sins in the eyes of God.

or

#2 Planned Parenthood is bad because they are racist.

Again, argument #1 is enough to convince me, but more people would be convinced by argument #2.
Of course it’s important to remember that I’m not lying in either case.
We should do whatever is necessary to stop abortion, provided we’re not lying.
 
Don’t need to use trickery to stop abortion.

Lies always catch up to you and when they do they would weaken your pro-life position.

Evidently, on a parallel, commiting a “white sin” is how abortion has become so horiible to begin with. First it started out with very extreme cases where people would opt for abortion (although those excuses are not acceptable to God either). Now pro-choice can get an abortion on the matters of mere convenience.

The best strategy is to always start with prayer and continuing praying.

We need to improve the spiritual health of the general populus.
The spiritual health of the general populus is dependent and limited to the spiritual healthy of the Christian Faith Assembly, which makes some Churches actually supporting and owning and operating Abortion clinics a really bad sign.

In order to improve the spiritual health of the Assembly is to first instruct them in the Word of God; both through Christ Jesus ordained and established written Word (written Tradition) and also through Christ Jesus ordained and established Oral Sacred Tradition then instruct and encourage them to bring those Words to live in their lives.

Is it wrong for an undercover police officer to pretend that he wants to buy drugs so as to bust a dealer?

I remember stealing keys from my friends when they were WASTED.
Stealing.
I had them, they knew I had them, they wanted them and I refused to return them. Was that wrong? On other occasions, I lied and said I didn’t have them. Was that wrong?
I remember, back in the old neighborhood, I hard noises out my window and saw two men beating a friend of mine. They had pulled him out of his car. He was delivering pizzas. I started screaming ‘He doesn’t have any money!’ They ran away. That was a lie. He did. Was that wrong to lie?
 
Have you considered the possibility of alternatives, in all those situations, where you can do what is right without lying; I mean, use your imagination for Pete’s Sakes! Be a little creative!
