Vague in confession

I went to confession and confessed to a sin that I committed for many years. I confessed kind but not number because it happened over a course of years, so I said that I committed this sin a handful times. I recently thought of a specific instant where I committed this particular sin though, so do I need to confess again? Am I in a state of mortal sin now that I remembered this specific instant?
