Friends, I am assisting a friend with entering the Church. She was baptized in the Church of the Nazarene. I know that generally speaking, baptism in most Christian communities of faith are considered valid, but that there are a few that are not because they don’t baptize in the “name of the father, son and holy spirit,” but rather “in the spirit” only. Perhaps there are other reasons too for a baptism to be seen as invalid, I’m not sure.
In this case though, it is a baptism in the Church of the Nazarene. Valid? Thanks.
