exactly.the person intended baptism.
This is getting ridiculous.
And irresponsible.
The op can certainly ask a priest about anything. Amateur cannon lawyers on the internet is not a helpful thing for the op.

Or the priest can just say " yes Bob, you are fine". Would you be ok with that?In this case it will be the Priest and he can discuss with the Chancery at the Bishops Office.
Such is the local Church authority.
It is not about what “I would be ok with”.Or the priest can just say " yes Bob, you are fine". Would you be ok with that?
Many priests probably would bump it up the Chain if they didn’t think there was an issue. Since my mom us an agnostic and always has been I wonder if my infant baptism was valid in the episcopalian church? It is not about what “I would be ok with”.
The Priest would refer to his Bishop and follow the directions laid down by him.
(certainly those are not “put question on Catholic Answers Forum and go with the answer of posters there”)
Such would never effect the validity of a baptism.Since my mom us an agnostic and always has been I wonder if my infant baptism was valid in the episcopalian church?
.
The OP should present what happened to the Priest. Yes.Op, Good luck. You can speak to your priest
