Also, two priests have pointed out in this thread that there was no consecration of the host(s).

Many thanks for the responses.

I called Fr. on Monday, and explained to him what had happened when he was praying the Eucharistic Prayer. He appreciated it and said he would quietly pull the ciborium [from Sunday] out of the tabernacle and place it on the altar to be consecrated during the next mass…which he did.
