I challenge your assertion about what “most” historians and biblical scholars say about the dating of the bible. They aren’t the ones that I’ve read.“Matthew” and “John” were not written by the apostles Matthew and John, at least according to most historians and Biblical scholars…
ALL the gospels were written by Jewish authors. If you mean one that hadn’t converted to Christianity, what a very odd thing for him to do - to record the life, miracles, and sayings of someone claiming to be the Messiah but whom he considered to be a blasphemer.Matthew was written anonymously by a Jewish author in the late 1st century (70-100 AD).
John’s gospel could have been finally edited in that time but that doesn’t mean he didn’t write the original.John was written in its final form in 90-100 AD, and I’m finding very few serious scholars who argue that it was written as traditionally ascribed.
Produce your sources, and I’ll show mine that say otherwise. It’s important to keep in mind that modern Biblical scholarship and historical study does not agree very much with tradition regarding Biblical authorship.
