Vasectomy

I was raised Catholic. I wandered from the faith for many years, during which I got a vasectomy. I am thinking of coming back to my Catholic roots, but am curious would this be an obstacle for me receiving the Eucharist on Sunday? It is something I regret having done, but at this point it is done.
 
As Downyduck linked, it should not be an issue. God is calling you home, but the Devil will throw all kinds of doubt and obstacles in your path. Call your local Priest today and may God guide you in whatever you decide
