Geremia, look up The Rhine Flows Into the Tiber by Fr. Ralph M. Wiltgen and Iota Unum: A Study of Changes in the Catholic Church in the Twentieth Century by Romano Amerio. I’m not sure if either contain the complete texts of the schemata but both are exhaustive, authoritative studies of the inner-workings of Vatican II and both authors were “insiders” during the Council–Fr. Wiltgen a journalist, I think, and Amerio a peritus (theological expert).

I know Fr. Wiltgen’s book did mention some titles of some of the schemas, but I am wondering if the actual texts of the schemas are available, or at least a list of the titles all the thousands (I think it was) of schemas that were submitted for consideration. Thanks

They are available in Latin in many university libraries: “Acta et documenta Concilio Oecumenico Vaticano II apparando.” I don’t know of any English translations.

Thank you very much! This is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my university library does not carry it. I doubt there is an English version, either, considering WorldCat says its volumes take up 4 feet!
