Geneva, Switzerland, Jul 8, 2011 / 06:08 am (CNA/EWTN News).- The Vatican’s representative to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva says a recent resolution on “sexual orientation and gender identity” is part of an agenda that could restrict the Church’s freedom.

Could it be that present laws that (“separate”) State Laws from Church Laws will inevitably become far more narrowly defined than it present despite the Catholic Church position on Moral Laws?

As the Gay Agenda strengthens in the next decade, I’m sure something hints that those who identify themselves as Gay Catholics whom also live same-sex relationships will be backed up by State Laws forcing priests to marry Same-Sex couples in the Church.

Of course faithful Catholics will say this will never happen or that the State will one day have the power to enforce such laws against the Church. I fear the day in the near future when such does become a foreseeable reality.

When we see great numbers of Priests and ourselves thrown into prisons because of our Faith you know such things shall inevitably come to pass.

Mark Chapter 13: verses 11-

[6] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am he; and they shall deceive many. [7] And when you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, fear ye not. For such things must needs be, but the end is not yet. [8] For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and famines. These things are the beginning of sorrows. [9] But look to yourselves. For they shall deliver you up to councils, and in the synagogues you shall be beaten, and you shall stand before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony unto them. [10] And unto all nations the gospel must first be preached.
[11] And when they shall lead you and deliver you up, be not thoughtful beforehand what you shall speak; but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye. For it is not you that speak, but the Holy Ghost. [12] And the brother shall betray his brother unto death, and the father his son; and children shall rise up against the parents, and shall work their death. [13] And you shall be hated by all men for my name’s sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved. [14] And when you shall see the abomination of desolation, standing where it ought not: he that readeth let him understand: then let them that are in Judea, flee unto the mountains: [15] And let him that is on the housetop, not go down into the house, nor enter therein to take any thing out of the house:

The use of the term ‘sex’ I agree would open the eyes of anyone with their head in the sand, which could be how some laws get past. Second, an agenda has been implemented within the LGBT community. If anyone has doubts to that fact simply speak with a LGBT person. Some are for rights/civil unions. Others are against - largely based upon religious views. However just as some heterosexuals shun marriage, some homosexuals do as well for personal and/or social reasons. It’s all based on the individual. Why then make it a global issue?

Hate crimes are already in place. The words of the Archbishop demonstrate a voice of concern. We all have ‘human rights’. My personal concern is that every special interest group will decide ‘we need “rights” too’. A civilized society should not be this regulated/legislated. Of course I’m not gay trying to marry. Still - if I were I wouldn’t attempt to demand every church in every state, country … perform the ceremony. There is a very organized effort to legalize ‘gay marriage’, remove ‘in God we trust’, etc. Sin is sin - gay or straight, legal or not. For me it goes back to the argument, ‘because it is legal does that make it right?’ If the answer is “no” and it is always “no”, then the law should not involve any church.

Also note this is not just about employment benefits, etc. Certain IRS codes/breaks (501c3) require compliance/acceptance of the “rights” in order to receive needed funds. Folks, this war has been on for a very long time. If anyone doesn’t like this post don’t battle with me. Please take it to the Lord in prayer. Peace
