We should start praying now. Imagine what the possibilities are when the successors of the apostles gather to address young people specifically.
I admit that I have never seen efforts to reach young people result in anything more than guitar music and/or casual attire, which are more appealing to 60 years than 20 year olds. However, there is absolutely no reason to think that it’s impossible for this to be different. If they put full faith in the Holy Spirit, what will He show them? Why do so many young people turn away from the Body of a Christ? Let’s pray that Our Lady guides their efforts. Imagine if the result is a boom in Holy marriages, big families, Priests and Nuns? Suddenly our generation (speaking as someone in America) restores modesty, chastity, temperance, all of the things thrown out by the baby boomers. Let’s pray our way to the 2018 synod.
