(Reuters) - And then there was light – and it was powered by the sun. The Vatican on Wednesday activated a new solar energy system and announced an ambitious plan that could one day make it an alternative energy exporter.

That’s great. The church should appear to be part of the solution to environental problems rather than just whining about how the green movement has been taken over my pagans.
 
I am not a big fan of the green connotations as they have been colored too much with false science and religious leanings.

But this sounds like this could bring in extra money.

Always a plus.
