Vatican's Messiah document?

I read that back in 2002, the Vatican released a document which declared, amongst other things, that the “Jewish wait for the messiah is not in vain.” I also believe the document notes to OT as the “Jewish Bible.”

Jews wait for the 1st Messiah, and Christians await the Second Coming, it basically emanates.
