Do you think that a priest saying the TLM should say the lessons only in the vernacular. Explain your reason why, or why not?
 
I assume you mean the reading and the Gospel.

I think Latin and then Vernacular. As I have seen it done, the Latin readings are read at the altar, and then the Priest reads the Vernacular prior to his homily. It works nicely.

Otherwise, the Priest is reading the vernacular facing the altar, which probably requires a microhone.
