I wuld suggest that you pray the Rosary every day – sometimes I think this is the only prayer that keeps me going.
I would also suggest you get in touch with your Parish – I’m sure they’re are people in the Legion of Mary that would bring you Communion – I belong to the Legion in my Parish and I know the membersof our Legion bring Communion to other Parishioners that can’t get out.
I might add that I don’t know if you get the Catholic TV channel – EWTN – but if you do the channel has many berautiful programs for Catholics, including Mass.

Summa Theologiae, I-II q.38
5 remedies
1.) granting ourselves something we like
2.) weeping–St. Thomas says “a hurtful thing hurts yet more if we keep it shut up, because the soul is more intent upon it; whereas, if it be allowed to escape, the soul’s intention is dispersed as it were on outward things, so that the inward sorrow is lessened.”
AND…Pope Francis has said–“certain truths in life can only be seen with eyes
cleansed by tears. I invite each of you to ask
yourself: have I learned how to cry.”
3.) sharing sorrow with a friend.
4.) contemplating the truth
5.) bathing and sleeping. St. Thomas More said: “the body and soul are so closely
united that together they form a single person and hence,
a malady in one can sometimes be a malady in both.”

Opus Dei was founded by St. Josemaria Escriva. I happened to come across
this quote from the Saint: “Don’t say that person gets on my nerves, think, that person
sanctifies me.” had not heard of this saint before and looked him up and found
“Opus Dei” in the process and came across the above.
I think I mentioned in one of my replies to you, that I have major depression
and coming across the above has me saying WOW today …because it just seems
so very right…so very right on…compared to the myriad of other things we
hear or read about depression. please dear, go to the site and read the rest, with
more explaining about each remedy.
