Very Frustrated

I need your prayers. I am very frustrated with how things are going because I got a letter today from the place where I had my job interview last week and they told me they are passing on me to look at other candidates. :bighanky: I feel like I need to vent, but my spiritual director is out of town! I feel very lost right now and I am asking God for a sign because I feel like I’m at a stand-still. I want to do His will, but I don’t know what that is. It’s very hard for me to accept this, but I’m trying. If nothing else, I will try to get a job as a volunteer while I wait.
 
Sorry about that! :hug3: Hang in there, God has a REALLY awesome job for you instead. Volunteering in the mean time is a very positive use of your time. I will say a little prayer for you.
 
I will pray to St.Joseph today for you ! God’s timing is not ours, and that can be difficult to accept.
 
I will pray for each as I pray for my own job situation. St Joesph is very powerful, take him as your patron during this time of searching and waiting.

Dear Lord, you did not want LilFransiscan to work at this job for some reason known to You alone. May she find an even better job and do volunteer work serving others in the meantime until you help her get the job You want for her. You have a plan and are in control, and you want what is best for LillFransiscan. Maybe she isn’t aware of this right now, but everything you do is for her good and all she needs to do is trust only in You and be abandoned to Your merciful love. You will not abandon LilFransiscan. You only abandon those who abandon You. LilFransiscan is so down now and doesn’t know Your will for her. I know you will for her to obey your commandments and to do all her daily duties with love and patience. May she always be loving and patient, even when things are dark. You are forcing her to learn in a more real way that all depends on You and she can do nothing without You. May she, like a trusting child in her fathers loving arms know in her heart that You will give her everything she needs to survive - and to get to heaven and to attain sanctity in this life, even if it means waiting longer to find a new job. Bless LilFransiscan and make her a beautiful saint, if she isn’t already. Amen.
 
Thank you all for your prayers. 🙂 I feel better after getting a good night’s sleep last night. Today, I’m going to be looking for an opportunity to be a volunteer to build up a job reference and experience. Please pray that I’m successful. God bless! 😃
