Very scared & sick, surgery needed!

Thank you everyone for all your prayers. I know they are very powerful. Yesterday I had to go to ER because of severe bleeding. I waited 13 hours - YES 13 hours before seeing a resident. Since I am not a patient person, please pray for patience for me. I must have seen 10 residents/fellows before seeing an M.D. It was A LONG day! So many people (unwelcomed by me) poked and prodded this sick body. I am no saint by any means. A few were especially rude, and I felt like (I’m ashamed to admit) smacking them upside the head. Isn’t that horrible! It’s amazing what chronic illness can do to a person’s well-being. A few were espcially caring and kind. Of course, I responded in kind. Actually, they didn’t do anything to stop the bleeding. It suddenly stopped. They thought they were going to admit me, but decided against it. I told them it was because I hadn’t eat that the bleeding stopped. Sure enough - I got home and ate a cookie. BINGO - bleeding started all over again. Tomorrow I see my surgeon. I’m not sure if I’ll go. I’m wondering if it’s just time to throw the towel in on all this stuff! I’m getting really frustrated. I thank you all for your prayers. Please pray for whatever God has in store for me.

It sounds absolutely horrible. I hope that the bleeding stops and your DH is with you.

Oh, Judi. You are going through hell on earth. I am keeping you in my prayers. :console:
 
Dear Father,
Please be with mom4truth as she struggles with this illness. Be with the doctors and other medical personal give them the knowledge and skills to care for her. Take away her fears, heal her of this illness and help her to know that you hold her close in Your arms. May her suffering bring her closer to You and purfiy her.
