Vespers tonight - Exaltation

Is tonight’s vespers EPII for the 24th Sunday in OT or EPI for the Triumph of the Cross?
I know if the feast had fallen today (Sunday), as a feast of the Lord, we would have used EPI last night. As the feast is on a Monday, and it’s not a solemnity, I would think there would be no EPI, but my app is telling me it is… is that right?
 
OK, I think this as a compromise, I’ll pray the Office of Readings for the feast later tonight, in lieu of vespers…I feel like observing the feast tonight, but I don’t want to deviate from the rubrics.
 
I know it’s moot at this point, but I would have thought EPI was appropriate as Exaltation being a “Feast of the Lord”, it outranks an OT Sunday.
 
It does, which is why it would have superseded Sunday if the feast had fallen on the Sunday…but it fell on Monday this year. Normally, as a feast rather than a solemnity, it doesn’t have an EPI…so I didn’t think that would factor in…yet divineoffice.org seemed to think EPI should have been observed last night.
 
My Christian Prayer ,1 volume edition, says EPI is used ONLY if the feast falls on a Sunday
