This is great news!

May more legislators in other states accept the challenge to protect life!

It’s a start. We can only hope that other states follow suit. Roanoker

This is a wonderful news, I just read it and am very happy for the people of South Dakota, for the mothers, for the babies, for all of us 😃
Let us raise a prayer of thanksgiving to the Child Jesus for protecting other children and ask him to bless this state and it’s people. May their children grow in holiness and wonder of God’s mercy.

Fraternally,

JR 🙂

This is just beyond awesome news! We all need to pray for all the other states to follow suit. Thank you Jesus!

See what is possible when the states themselves get to decide? How amazing and miraculous!

Too bad that other states don’t give the people the write to vote on whether to end abortion or not…I am sure that the people of South Dakota who worked and prayed to get the murder clinics out of their state will receive many blessings for doing the right thing…

Too bad that other states don’t give the people the write to vote on whether to end abortion or not.
The voters in South Dakota overturned a law, two years ago, which totally banned abortion. Polls indicated that voters would have supported a measure which allowed abortions in the case of rape or incest or if the mother’s health would be irreversibily impaired. The ballot measure in November allows for those exceptions.

But what closed South Dakota’s only abortion clinic last month was a law which required the physician to provide a written statement which says:
Code:
"that the abortion will terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being;"
Code:
"that the pregnant woman has an existing relationship with that unborn human being and that the relationship enjoys protection under the United States Constitution and under the laws of South Dakota;"
Code:
"that by having an abortion, her existing relationship and her existing constitutional rights with regards to that relationship will be terminated."(1)
