BLM would be burning, looting, and murdering in a dozen cities right now.

Probably because the press would have been holding back facts to maintain a racially inflammatory narrative, as they have done with similar high profile cases in the past.

There was a case which sparked a disturbance in Detroit recently. Not riot level but there were arrests. Cops came to arrest some guy, and his cousin ran out of the house with a gun shooting at officers saying “you’re not taking my boy.” Cops opened fire with bullets flying at them and the cousin was killed. This for some reason led some to protest outside a police station and led to arrests after the protest became heated.

The point is that if you took the narrative pushed by the press seriously, you would think Trump’s Amerika has policemen and chaps wearing red hats harassing innocent POC as a daily occurrence. The real story is a bit more complicated and has bad blood on both sides to say the least.

Is race an integral part of this story? The headline, repeated on this thread, seem to violate journalistic ethics.

What kind of media posted the story?

I know it’s ultimately up to God to do the judging, but I can’t help feel that there’s a special place in hell for folks who rob children and the elderly, and beat up elderly people for any reason. Especially, someone who does this in the capacity of a caregiver in a nursing home. HOW do folks like that get hired?

Shame, shame, shame on them!

No, but there have been a lot of threads like that recently. All of which have comments about swapping the ethnicities having a different effect, the media pushing a narrative, and so on.

Luckily, these individuals got justice. I wonder what would have happened if these there people of color and the attackers were officers…
An unrelated laundry mat in Chicago and a pizza parlor in Scranton would be burning.

has a long (a very long) history of doing that.
Which is almost an understatement - they were supporters of the British Union of Fascists for a time.

I meant the “National File”, whatever that is.

This thread’s title is an ethical violation.

The Daily Mail does a whole lot of “Karen” videos also and some of these are questionable. It also does a number of videos on race. So there is a mix. I question the Sacramento Karen who said she never called the woman a certain name and took a beaten but said excuse me: to get by.". She repeated it so many times, " I said excuse me:". She filed a lawsuit for assault.

Yet is does give a lot of detail on cases that we would never hear about in the US if not for the Daily Mail. I am thinking of the recent story of the teens shot in Seattle, what the circumstances were.

Folks are simply noting the inconsistent way the media seems to cover interracial crime, disingenuous bleating about “journalistic ethics” to the contrary.

Well, my ‘bleating’ happens to be accurate, as was demonstrated to you previously. The thread title is unethical and should be deleted.

Oh yes, accurate to the “standards”, just that those “standards” have been abused and twisted to the point that they have no validity.
